New Installations – need a phone line?

Recently moved house? Or looking to have your first phone line installed? Need another line at home?

Through our partner links with BT Openreach, Call Flow can arrange to have a new telephone line installed into your home without the need for you to contact BT; we’ll arrange everything for you.

Single residential lines can be installed from as little as £75.00 one off fee, which is considerably cheaper than BT direct and other service providers.

When you order a new landline we check your property to see if we can connect you easily or if you need an engineer visit. It takes approximately 14 days to have your new telephone line installed but this does depend on engineer availability in your local area.

If you need an engineer visit we'll give you the first available appointment – appointment times are given as either AM or PM slots, AM being between 8am and 1pm, and PM between 1pm and 6pm. If you can’t make the appointment we offer, it’s not a problem, we’ll simply re-book another.
