Carrier Pre-Selection (CPS) enables Call Flow to carry all of your outbound calls without the need for you to enter an access code, use any form of dialler or even have your telephone system (PBX) re-programmed. You keep your existing telephone numbers and continue to make telephone calls as you normally would.

Our independent status means that we are not tied to any one carrier, allowing us to router calls across a choice of networks at the most competitive price. We only use Tier 1 carriers to ensure maximum quality and have built strong relationships with our suppliers.

With CPS, you can choose to keep your telephone line rental with your existing provider or for more convenience and a single supplier, why not move it to Call Flow at the same time?

    Offering maximum savings against most other service providers, on average offering up to 54% savings on call charges
  • Per Second Billing
    Only pay for the seconds that you are on the phone – calls are not rounded to the nearest minute, neither are they rounded to the nearest whole pence
  • Keep the same number
    Moving to Call Flow allows you to keep your current telephone number and allows you to use your phone in exactly the same way as you do now
  • No hidden connection charges
    On all of Call Flow’s standard tariffs, connection fees do not apply. Typically connection fees applied by some service providers can add approximately 47% to a typical 90 second business call
  • No minimum call spends
    It is common when customers opt for a business plan, they are required to commit to a certain level of call volume. At Call Flow, we don’t believe this to be fair. It is often very difficult to predict your call volume for the next 3, 4 or even 5 years in advance therefore Call Flow does not impose such commitments
  • No minimum contract term
    We believe our call rates and customer service to be second to none; therefore we see a very low number of customers leave. For this reason, we do not tie our customers into lengthy contracts
