Business Analogue/PSTN Phone Lines – from less than £15.00 per month, at least 10% cheaper than BT and with Business Grade customer care

Like a residential telephone line, a Business Analogue line runs over a simple copper pair cable between the local telephone exchange and customer premises. An analogue line is the simplest form of telephone connectivity a business can install.

With the installation of an analogue line, the ability to run further services becomes available – such as broadband, alarm monitoring and the use of a fax.

All Business analogue lines also combine the same select service options as a residential line – including Call Diversion, Call Waiting, Caller Re-direct and more.

The biggest difference between a residential and business line is a higher care level as standard. We understand that if a business loses the use of its phone lines, they often lose more than just the ability to make calls. Often, lines are used for broadband, card transactions and monitoring services therefore it becomes even more important to ensure a line is repaired quickly. A telephone line with Care Level 3 means that BT works to fix the fault by midnight if reported before 1pm, or by midday the following day if reported after 1pm.
